We know this is a time of uncertainty and you may have questions regarding your upcoming weddings and events and what to expect from us going forward. We have made this FAQ page to accommodate you and any worries you may have in this time.

Bookings

Yes you absolutely can! We are still taking on bookings and you are able to change your date in the future.

We wouldn’t recommend cancelling after such a long time of planning; most of our clients have postponed their wedding until the current climate gets clearer.

Once you make a deposit, we allow 10 working days for our clients to change their mind and get their money back

Inspiration

We love to help, and we do this for FREE! Why don’t you send us an e-mail and we can book you in for an online consultation.

You are NOT the only one, some of our brides are waiting to see if things get better before postponing the date, but it is safer to double check with your vendors what their policy is in terms of changing the date.

Deposits

Currently we are asking for a £250 date deposit, we only ask for the full payment a month prior to the wedding.

You have 10 working days to change your mind about the booking.

This is your date deposit to secure your booking; it will also go towards the total payment of your invoice.

Change in Date

Yes you can, and with no extra cost. This is subject to availability.

You have up to 18 months to reschedule your event.

Home Weddings

Due to the UK currently being on lockdown, we are currently not booking anyone during this difficult time, but we are taking on bookings for the future.

If you no longer require our services, you may use this credit for another event or pass this credit on to someone who will in the future.

We do not offer refunds, but you may post-pone your event to a later date. If you no longer require our services, you may use this credit for another event or pass this credit on to someone who will in the future.
